Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery across all the Channel Islands and United Kingdom. Worldwide is in the pipeline - watch this space!
What are your delivery times?
We offer next day delivery to Jersey for all orders placed before 1pm, Monday - Friday.
Otherwise, all our orders work in line with Jersey Post / Royal Mail turnaround times of 3-5 working days. Covid-19 has also had an impact on delivery times globally, so please do bear this in mind if you need your order by a certain date.
If you need anything sooner, just shout and we'll always see what we can do to help!
When will an out of stock item be back in?
This is dependent on the items availability elsewhere, as some of our products are limited edition or take time to get to us. If there's something specific you are after, drop us an email and we'll notify you with a stock update as soon as we know.
Will you be adding new lines and products?
We are so lucky to showcase some incredible brands and small businesses for you, and we will continue to work to bring you new and exciting products that you and your children will love.

Refunds
We really hope that you love your order although understand that sometimes things happen. If you have an issue or query with your order, please send us an email and we'll get it sorted.
