Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 – 72 hours of the ordering being placed, using our own delivery service or Jersey Post/Royal Mail, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Typical delivery timeframes fall within 3-5 working days, however this can vary dependent on location and pressures on postal services or agencies such as Customs, which are outside of our control.

For UK order there are three options:

Standard Delivery - this service provides a basic delivery without signature and tracking.

Signed For - a service that requires a signature upon delivery and provides some level of tracking. It differs from tracked delivery, which offers more comprehensive tracking throughout the delivery process.

Tracked & Signed - this service provides online tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your item from the moment it's shipped until it reaches its destination.

Please note that personalised items take longer as they have to be fabricated before dispatch. This typically adds a day or two but can take longer depending on the complexity of the request.
